Help! My Captify app is stuck on the blue screen (no buttons appear)

Updated July 28, 2026

If your Captify app seems stuck on the main screen and the action button is missing or cut off, this is often caused by your phone’s text size being set too large. You can fix this by temporarily reducing your text size.

Open Your Phone’s Display or Accessibility Settings

  • On iPhone (iOS)

    1. Go to Settings → Display & Brightness.

    2. Tap Text Size.

    3. Drag the slider toward the middle or smaller text setting.
If you have Larger Accessibility Sizes turned on:

      • Go to Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text, then turn Larger Accessibility Sizes off or reduce the slider.

  • On Android

    1. Go to Settings → Display.

    2. Tap Font size or Display size.

    3. Reduce the size by moving the slider toward the smaller end.
If you have Accessibility settings enabled:

      • Go to Settings → Accessibility → Font size and adjust to a smaller size.

If the issue continues even after reducing your text size, please contact Captify Support at support@captify.glass.
