How Can I Track My Order?

Due to the high level of demand for Captify, we are shipping in batches based on when the order was placed. You can expect shipment 4 weeks after placing your order. If you don't receive any shipping updates from us after 4 weeks, reach out to us at support@captify.glass.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Click on the link to track your order. Once shipped, it takes 5-10 days for your shipment to arrive, depending on where you are located.
