How Do I Update My Prescription Lenses?

Captify uses a separate prescription insert for prescription lenses. If your prescription changes over time, there are two options:

Captify Makes Them For You

We can make your new prescription lenses for the same price (starting at $99 depending on the type of lenses, plus shipping), and ship you the new prescription inserts to install yourself. Send us an email at support@captify.glass with your new prescription and we will send you an invoice.

Get Them Made At Your Local Optometrist

If you would like them made with your local lens lab, you can take the prescription inserts to your local optometrist. The amount they charge for this service may vary depending on provider; we recommend checking with them. Because the prescription inserts are separate from the glasses themselves, you can give them just the inserts, without the frames.
