If your glasses won't connect to the app, follow the below steps:
Make sure your glasses are on
1. Press and hold the button on the right temple for 3 seconds to turn on Captify.
2. When Captify is on, pressing the button once will turn the screen on or off.
3. If your Captify fails to turn on, charge them with the included USB-C cable for at least 30 minutes.
Make sure the app is running
1. Open the app on your phone. The connection status is displayed on the top left.
Make sure Bluetooth is on
1. On your phone, go to your phone's Settings, then Bluetooth. Make sure the Bluetooth toggle is on.
Re-pair the glasses to your phone
If the above fails, try re-paring your glasses. To do so:
1. On your glasses, swipe to Settings, then More Settings. Select Unpair, and unpair the phone you're already connected to.
2. On your phone, open the app. Tap on the Settings icon (which looks like a gear) near the top right, tap on About Glasses, then tap Unpair.
3. Follow the steps in the app to pair your glasses to your phone again.
