If your Captify app seems stuck on the main screen and the action button is missing or cut off, this is often caused by your phone’s text size being set too large. You can fix this by temporarily reducing your text size.
Open Your Phone’s Display or Accessibility Settings
On iPhone (iOS)
Go to Settings → Display & Brightness.
Tap Text Size.
Drag the slider toward the middle or smaller text setting.
If you have Larger Accessibility Sizes turned on:Go to Settings → Accessibility → Display & Text Size → Larger Text, then turn Larger Accessibility Sizes off or reduce the slider.
On Android
Go to Settings → Display.
Tap Font size or Display size.
Reduce the size by moving the slider toward the smaller end.
If you have Accessibility settings enabled:Go to Settings → Accessibility → Font size and adjust to a smaller size.
