If your glasses have switched to another display language or are not working as expected, you can restore them to their default settings by performing a factory reset. Follow the steps below to reset your glasses using the app.
Step 1: Make sure your glasses are connected
Ensure your glasses are powered on and connected to the companion app on your phone.
Step 2: Open Settings
In the app, tap the Settings icon to open the device options.
Step 3: Go to “About the Glasses”
Select About the Glasses to view device details and management options.
Step 4: Tap Factory Reset
Tap Factory Reset, then confirm by selecting Forget.
Your glasses will begin the factory reset process and automatically restart.
Step 5: Wait for the restart
Once the reset is complete, your glasses will restart.
After restarting, the display language will return to English (the default display language).
Step 6: Forget the device from Bluetooth settings
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth, find your glasses, and tap Forget This Device.
Step 7: Reconnect your glasses
Return to the app and reconnect your glasses by following the on-screen instructions.
You’re all set!
Your glasses have now been restored to factory settings and are ready to use again.
