Your Captify Pro comes with three interchangeable nosepads — one pre-installed and two spares in the box — so you can find the fit that’s most comfortable for you.

1. Remove the Old Nosepad
- Locate the small gap between the nosepad and the nose bridge.
- Place your thumbnail or a soft plastic tool into the gap.
- Pull downward with steady pressure until the nosepad releases.
2. Install the New Nosepad
- Align the new nosepad’s connector with the slot in the nose bridge.
- Push upward into place until you feel or hear a click.
- Check that it’s secure before wearing.
💡 Tip: Try all three nosepads to see which feels most comfortable and keeps your captions perfectly positioned.
