Captify Pro features a magnetic charging system for faster, safer, and more convenient charging. This guide covers how to use the included accessories, what to expect during charging, battery life, and troubleshooting tips.
Included Charging Accessories
Inside the box, you’ll find two parts:
- USB-C to USB-C cable
- USB-C to magnetic charging adapter
Note: Captify Pro only supports magnetic charging. Plugging a USB-C cable directly into the glasses will not charge them.
How to Charge Your Glasses
- Plug the USB-C cable into a power source (wall adapter, power bank, or laptop).
- Connect the magnetic charging adapter to the other end of the USB-C cable.
- Snap the magnetic tip of the adapter onto the charging port located inside the right arm of the glasses. It will auto-align magnetically.
- An orange LED light will appear to indicate charging has started.
- Once charging is complete, the light will turn green.
Charging time: Full charge takes approximately 38 minutes.
Battery Life & Usage
- 3–4 hours of active use in binocular mode (both lenses active)
- Up to 6 hours in monocular mode (single lens active)
- 48-hour standby mode when glasses are idle but powered on
- Yes, you can use the glasses while charging — just keep the magnetic tip connected and the cable routed safely
Check Charging Progress
- While charging, press the power button (on the bottom of the right arm) once.
- The current battery percentage will appear on the glasses display.
Troubleshooting

No LED light appears when charging:
- Make sure the charging cable is plugged into a working power source.
- Check that the magnetic adapter is securely connected to the USB-C cable and aligned with the charging port on the glasses.
- Try a different USB-C charger, wall adapter, or USB port to rule out a faulty outlet.

Orange light stays on and doesn’t turn green:
- This may indicate an incomplete connection or slow charging.
- Detach the magnetic tip and reattach it firmly so it fully aligns with the port.
- Ensure the cable is not loose or partially disconnected from either end.
