Unpairing Captify Pro from the App

If you no longer want to connect your Captify Pro glasses with the app, or you’re switching to a new device, you can easily unpair them by following the steps below.

Steps to Unpair

1. On the home page of the app, tap “Captify Pro” at the top left corner.

2. Tap the bin icon, then tap the red minus icon.

3. When the “Forget device” pop-up appears, tap “Forget the device.”

4. Tap the tick icon on the top right corner to confirm.

5. Your Captify Pro glasses are now successfully unpaired from the app.

👉 Note for iOS users: After unpairing in the app, please also go to your iPhone’s Bluetooth list and select “Forget this device” to fully disconnect.
